My commitment to Electronic Arts remains the same and has now been upgraded.
I commit to operating at master guru level for integrity, security, privacy (EA + employees) and AI safety. I commit to never working on my personal work during normal work hours. If you know me by now, you have noticed that I don't work normal work hours already. Instead, I will take PTO and use that time to work towards my personal writing goals. You have my word and my word is my bond.
My intentional goals that I have been communicating to my team members are the following THREE:
- Concise - I do not plan on writing a thick book. More like a short 2 paragraph document.
- Precise - Details Matter - (Series reference on Prime Video called "Reacher")
- Elegance - KISS methodology, simple
I have mastered the art of Flow State. If you have never heard of this, use our internal AI tools and learn more about it.
I have always mentored those around me and that commitment will now increase as people seek my assistance and coaching.
I am not requesting for more money, although money and gratuity are always welcomed and accepted in the Tan household. I am also not requesting to be promoted or becoming a people manager. In order for me to play my bigger game and mission, I enjoy being in my current role and getting my hands dirty.

This is my personal professional mission. What I say, what I do should always align towards this mission. So far, I believe I am ON MISSION.
